Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING

We try our best to process all orders within 1-5 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...). 

 

DELIVERY TIME 

Please note that due to COVID-19, our shipping times may have delays depending on your country.

2 to 3 weeks for the USA and Canada. (12 to 21 working days)

1 to 2 weeks for European countries. (7 to 14 working days)

2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world. (14 to 28 working days)

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that during a health crisis, your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

CASES OF MAJOR FORCE - COVID-19


Because of the current health crisis, many parcels are taking longer to arrive than usual. There may also be more time between tracking updates. This has been driven by the current health crisis, the wider increase in parcel numbers, and COVID-19 restrictions across countries which have impacted deliveries and services.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
